Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology is a holistic technique that helps assess how your body is functioning by reading the signals it gives through muscle responses. Sometimes, our muscles can tell us things that words can’t—indicating imbalances, stress, or issues in other parts of the body. These imbalances can be caused by physical injuries, negative thoughts and emotions, or dietary and environmental factors.

By identifying and correcting these imbalances, Applied Kinesiology can help to improve a range of physical and emotional symptoms, including:

  • Chronic pain
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Digestive issues
  • Hormonal imbalances
  • Sleep disorders
  • Allergies
  • Fatigue

“Your body speaks its own language – you just need the right tools to listen.”

A Closer Look: The Science Behind Applied Kinesiology

Applied Kinesiology is rooted in the idea that the muscles, nervous system, and internal organs are all connected. When there’s an issue—whether physical, emotional, or biochemical—it can show up as muscle weakness or tension. By testing muscle strength, we can pinpoint these imbalances and determine how to address them.

Muscle testing works by applying light pressure to certain muscles and observing the body’s response. If a muscle weakens or doesn’t respond properly, it can indicate underlying issues in the related organs, joints, or systems. Once the imbalances are identified, techniques like chiropractic adjustments, nutrition, NET or other therapies can be used to help restore proper function.

Applied Kinesiology can be effective in treating a range of Emotional, Chemical and Structural conditions including:
